Confirming a location (1)

Here is a draft of an email I was going to send to the Reverend at the Saint Peters and Saint Pauls church. Unfortunately, as a group, we decided that this email was too informal and that the information given was not sufficient and detailed and that it contained irrelevant information which could be confusing for the Reverend. We now need to re-draft an email to send to the Reverend which is detailed and clear and is written in a much more professional and formal manner.
