Here is the email I sent to the props manager at school to ask about borrowing some props for our shoot. I also went to see him in person to discuss this list and then we decided that it would be best if I put the information into an email for him and then he could use it for reference when finding the requested items. I am still waiting for confirmation about the availability of these props and whether he has the items that we need. Our back up plan is to order the items that we require from Amazon or another online store.
