This is a screenshot of the email I sent to Mike who is playing the role of the policeman/inspector. After further discussion with the group we decided that it would be easier to make the character look like an inspector rather than a policeman. We had looked at policeman costumes and they all appeared too fake and they would not look good on camera. I have asked Mike to wear a fedora style hat and a trench coat; items that I know he owns. Here are some images for inspiration as to what the costume will hopefully look like.
Our backup idea for this costume would be to order the black fedora hat and the black trench coat from the internet. Here are some screenshots of the items we require from some online sources.
