Storyboard Research

After we tried drawing some of the frames of the very first scene outline draft in pencil and some of the final one's using an iPad program, we gather together and after a discussion, decided to make a professional, final version of our storyboard. We researched two different animation companies that make storyboards to choose the one that fits us the most.

1. StoryboardLDN (London)

This is a professional team of 15 artists, located in London. These are some of their previous works

We e-mailed this studio to ask about the prices, and after a short on-line conversation, we were informed about the following:

• the studio is able to produce around 20 shots a day, which makes our project a 3 day work overall
• the prices vary between £450 and £480 a day
• the overall price for the storyboard, therefore, would be around £1400.
