I have been creating a shooting schedule our shoot day. This involves creating a document that details how is going to be needed, where and when. This helps us to organise and plan out the day and see what we need to shoot and when. 

I had to bear in mind the fact that it is unlikely that we will begin shooting before 9:30am and so I have scheduled the time before this as preparation and organising time including doing hair and makeup. 

I have tried to arrange for Mike Timson's sections to be in the afternoon as this was a more convenient time for him due to the fact that he is a teacher and so if we used him in the morning then he would need to find a cover teacher. 

I have allocated times when we can change over the set and change the costumes and makeup for the dancers in addition to adding in breaks for Lunch and general breaks for the actors. 

I had to bear in mind the fact that we have to vacate the studio by 3pm in order to allow the production group who is filming the next day the opportunity to start their build.

We will have the Monday afternoon to start our build and so the majority of our set should be set up in advance and ready for our shoot day on the Tuesday.
