Here is the email that I sent to the three dancers reminding them that we have our shoot tomorrow and reminding them of what they need to bring in terms of costumes as well as organising a final rehearsal for today. As well as putting this all in an email I mentioned it all when we were in rehearsals today practising the dances just to make sure.
