This is the email that I sent to the musicians making sure that they are aware that our shoot day is tomorrow and making sure that they have their instruments and costumes as well as asking them to curl their hair and do their makeup in preparation for the shoot as I wasn't sure how many people the makeup artist would be able to do in the allocated slot that we have given her.
